Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact the stylist at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations with less than a 24 hours notice or a no show will result in a fee, which is equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
If you are running late, please notify your stylist as soon as possible. Your appointment is subject to cancellation if you arrive 15 minutes past your scheduled time.
